Born in a laboratory in a galaxy far far away, The Evil Xor knows only his villainous ways. With his sites set on conquering the Earth and marrying the presidents daughter, princess Galaxia, Xor will stop at nothing to have President Galaxia grovel at his evil feet.

Xor operates from a remote asteroid like planet known as "Planet X" where he ruthlessly rules his forces of evil. Commanding his army of corruption and wickedness are lead henchmen Protor and Tarmac who are available to perform his bidding at any given moment.

Piloting the galaxy in their Death Saucers these vicious criminals of the universe cast a dark shadow over all that is innocent and good. Armed with weapons of destruction and confusion Xor and his henchmen are committed to ruling the galaxy for their own selfish reasons.
